Application procedure

How to apply

Our application round will open on Tuesday 18th June at 9am. When the round opens, we will provide a link to the application form.

The Pharmacy School Essentials Grant is managed by GroceryAid on behalf of the Leverhulme Trade Charities Trust. When you click to apply, you will be taken to an application form managed by our trusted partner, GroceryAid. GroceryAid will hold your personal data for the purposes of processing your application only.

What you will need

You will need copies of the following documents ready to upload onto the application form:

  • A current payslip that clearly shows your name, employer and NI number.
  • Your current Universal Credit statement showing the payment amount, full breakdown  (including child element) and your name and address.
  • If you receive Child Tax Credit, then you can provide a PDF of your current bank statement showing your Child Tax Credit entry or your Child Tax Credit statement showing your name and address from Spring 2024.

The application form is quick to complete, but the most common reason for rejection is that the correct information has not been uploaded, so make sure you send everything we need so you don’t miss out.

Closing dates

The application process will be open until 1st September or until the fund has been spent, whichever is soonest, so families are encouraged to apply as soon as they can.
